1. Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. All your financial data is stored securely, and sensitive information is encrypted. We do not sell your personal information or data to third parties.
2. How does the automated SMS transaction logging work?
The app securely reads incoming SMS notifications from your bank to automatically log your expenses and income. This process happens entirely on your device, ensuring your bank alerts are parsed instantly without your private messages ever leaving your phone.
3. How do I export my data?
You can export your financial records at any time. Go to Settings > Data Management, and select Export Data. You can download your transaction history in CSV or Excel format for easy budgeting and backup.
4. Is the app free to use?
Yes, the core features of the app are completely free to use. This includes manual transaction logging, basic categorization, and local data storage. We may introduce premium features in the future, but your essential budgeting tools will always remain accessible.
5. Can I estimate my Colombian income tax (Declaración de Renta) within the app?
Yes! The app includes a dedicated tax estimation module designed specifically for the DIAN guidelines. By analyzing your logged income and expenses throughout the year, the app can provide a helpful, real-time estimate to help you prepare for tax season.
